RCC demonstrated a great deal of growth during the 1990s and provided excellent opportunities for its community members.

RCC continued this momentum in 2000 with a two-day conference entitled, “Future Search, Vision 2005”. Participants, including students, staff, faculty, administrators, alumni, and community leaders, joined together to discuss how past events in RCC’s history as well as the community impact the future plans of the college. Those in attendance came up with a “blueprint” for the future of RCC.

After supporting much of this success, Dr. Grace Carolyn Brown resigned as the RCC president in 2001.
